ONSITE PARENTS’ ROOM

We will be providing an onsite parents’ room at the National Convention Centre. This will be operational from Sunday – Thursday inclusive and will be a space available for you to use at your leisure while you are attending the conference.

Onsite parents’ room facilities include:

• Selection of Toys
• Comfortable seating
• Fridge
• Private area
• Complimentary soft drinks and snacks

Note: Children are to be supervised at all times.

Welcome Reception – Sunday 19 November

We have designed the Welcome Reception to be a family-friendly event and welcome you with your children.  We will be providing child-friendly catering at this function as well as entertainment while they are there. If you haven’t already registered your children’s attendance for this event, please let us know so we can ensure they are catered for appropriately on the evening.
