Invitation to Sponsor

It is with much pleasure and excitement that we invite you and your organisation to travel to Canberra in November 2023 and join us as an exhibitor and sponsor of “ACTION Under Pressure” – the 38th Annual Scientific Meeting for the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine. Our primary focus will be on the systems, practice, people, and knowledge within our high-pressure work environment, and how to deliver care at the highest standard. We hope to reinvigorate the sphere of Emergency Medicine, which sits at the pointy end of Medicine.

We cannot emphasize enough what an important role you play as a sponsor – your presence allows our delegates the opportunity to learn about your innovative products and ideas and consider what role they can play in the current practice of our speciality. Based on previous attendance rates, we are expecting up to eight hundred delegates to travel to Canberra.

We will be introducing new approaches to encourage delegates to engage with you and are happy to collaborate with you as much as needed to deliver the highest possible levels of engagement. We would also urge you to consider how you can better attract our delegates to your stand and how they can meaningfully engage with you and your products. Interactive displays are particularly encouraged!

“ACTion Under Pressure” will also address the crossroads between health and environment, so I would respectfully ask that disposable plastic promotional items not be used and that you consider ways to keep your waste to an absolute minimum. We are happy to work with you to achieve this.
